South Mountain Community Church

Implemented two large systems (PCO and Access ACS) and trained all employees and leaders of usage of each system. Set up a new database system for staff and congregation. Performed new hire orientations and all facets of Human Resource Administration. Created new HR forms and updated all employee files to be in compliance with all laws and regulations. Administrator of all creative elements of Worship Arts: set up and organized band and vocal auditions as well as put together a team of actors for live dramas. Prepared materials and led meetings for Service and Events, Creative and Upcoming Event planning meetings. Penny provided direction for stage design and graphic arts for all printed materials. She also organized all aspects of Baptisms and Child Dedications. Managed volunteers to serve and provided direction in administrative roles.
