Penny was the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Executive Pastor of Worship Arts and the Women’s Pastor. She re-organized filing systems and created system for multiple pastors so their time was protected and they could utilize their time for creative influence. Supported Women’s Ministry volunteers and Small Group Leader’s and created a reporting system for the Women’s Pastor. Handled all correspondence and calls for both Pastors. Ordered supplies and helped with event planning and inviting. She designed gifts for volunteers. While implemented a training and leader training manuals. She took care of the Copyright implementation for Live CD recordings. Set up Auditions for Band/Vocalists/Actors and Choir. As well as assembled weekend packets with Charts and CD’s of music for weekend services. Sat in executive meeting for Michael Murphy and went over weekend service orders in a weekly meeting with all Ministry heads. Handled all details for weekend Buzz events in scheduling, booking travel arrangements and all details for guest speakers such as Mr. T and Stephen Baldwin etc.  Penny was the host for guest speakers while they were in town and the guest speaker’s book signings and managed them. Tracked and created reports for volunteers in Data base system (Fellowship One). Handled expense tracking and budgets for executive Pastor. Multi tasked for all Directors in the Worship Arts dept.
